    Honestly i still can’t fit those low-carb tortillas into my carb counts. Still too much.

    In olive oil, grill a salt and pepper seasoned 10 oz, extra thick filet until 50% of the way to rare ( about 2 to 3 minutes per side)

    Meanwhile, grill 2 oz green pepper and 1 oz onions in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

    Remove half cooked steak, slice into strips.

    Place steak strips on peppers and onions and top with 1 oz swiss, 1 oz horseradish cheddar, 2 oz provolone, and 2 oz whole milk mozzarella

    Cook until cheese is melted and steak is medium rare.
