Your plates look like bologna, and I was concerned. Food looks good though!
2 lbs deveined shrimp
1 stick butter
Garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper to taste.
On medium heat, cook shrimp in whole stick of butter and all seasonings. Once pink, remove from pan leaving melted butter and juices.
1 brick cream cheese
1/4 c sour cream
Minced garlic to taste (I use 3 tbsp)
2 large avocados, mashed until smooth with hand blender.
1/2 c heavy cream
Turn heat to low. To the melted butter add the cream cheese, garlic and sour cream. Cover and let the flavors get to know each other for a few minutes. Once the cream cheese is warm and soft, whisk everything together. Add in smooth avocados and heavy cream. Whisk until everything is incorporated.
The sauce will be pretty darn thick.
If you prefer a thinner sauce, add half and half until you reach your desired consistency.
Add in your cooked shrimp and toss.
We serve these over skinny pasta fettuccine konjac noodles because zero net carbs but this would also go great with zucchini too.
