Bacon wrapped Shrimp with Spicy mayo

That’s my number one favorite food wrapped around my number three favorite food.
Ingredients ( Per serving ):
6 Raw shrimp Peeled and deveined
3 slices of bacon of preference
2 scrambled egg for dipping
3 Parts mayo
1 part sriracha
1-2 Tbsp Lemon juice
Salt pepper and garlic powder to taste
Scramble two eggs to dip shrimps in and act as a filler. Peel and devein shrimps or buy them already prepped. Cut bacon slices in half and wrap shrimp individually, dip into scrambled egg
Heat skillet on medium to medium high heat, bacon should sizzle when placed on pan. Pan fry in its own bacon fat for 5-6 minutes. Alternatively you can bake in the oven at 350 degrees F, for 12 min to 15 depending on how you like your bacon in terms of crispiness. Flip halfway through cooking for either cooking method. Mix sauce in a bowl while shrimps are cooking.
Shrimp was not overcooked since the bacon acted as a “shield” and cooked off the residual heat of the bacon

I pre-cook the bacon then wrap the shrimp. That way it doesn’t overcook the shrimp as much.
Can someone explain to me what’s “healthy” about this? So fatty.
Had a roommate once who would never stop talking about how she was on a keto diet. All she ever ate was a pile of melted Parmesan cheese she slathered with marinara and pepperoni. I’ve personally never seen anyone improve their weight/health on keto.
