    Recipe time!

    BBQ Pulled Pork
    – 2 pounds Member’s Mark Pulled Pork
    – 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
    – 2 Teaspoons Onion Powder
    – 4 Tablespoons of Gia Brands G Hughes Hickory
    Mix all ingredients together and heat in oven at 400 degrees for 30 mins covered with tinfoil

    “Honey” Mustard Coleslaw
    – 1 bag slaw mix
    – 4 tablespoons dijon Mustard
    – ¾ cup real mayo
    – ¼ teaspoon plus ⅛ teaspoon salt
    – a few pinches back pepper
    – 2 tablespoons of Heavy Whipping Cream
    – 2 green onions finely chopped
    – Sweetleaf Stivia to preference

    Mix all ingredients in large bowl and let sit in fridge for at least 30 mins

    Tortillas
    – 2 Mama Lupes Low Carb Tortillas
    – pinch of mozzarella cheese
    Pan fry one side then flip and add cheese.

    Assemble all together.
