    So these recipes came from her highlights and didn’t have exact measurements. I’ll try to approximate what I used.

    16oz caulicreme (I cheated and used wegmans’ premade pureed cauliflower). Now this didn’t make as much as I’d have wanted, so maybe either use 2 packs or puree your own cauliflower head.

    1tsp salt

    1/2 tsp pepper

    1 tsp garlic powder

    1/2 tsp paprika

    1/2 cup heavy cream

    1/2 cup cheese (mozz + cheddar) to thicken

    4 slices of bacon, chopped

    sour cream and chives to taste at the end.

    Sausage Gravy: this was super easy. Again no exact measurements so I made my own.

    1lb ground hot pork sausage

    6oz cream cheese

    1/2 tsp garlic powder

    1/2 tsp paprika

    3/4 cup heavy cream

    Method:

    Brown sausage in a pan

    Add cream cheese (you can either soften in the microwave or wait for it to soften in the pan), mix to combine with sausage until thoroughly coated and no chunks of cream cheese remain

    Add heavy cream and reduce heat to low, simmering until thickened.

    The recipe said not to remove the grease from cooking the sausage, and I get why if we’re doing keto, however I would definitely recommend removing it. The author used Jimmy Dean so maybe it’s less fatty, but the Wegmans ground sausage left quite a bit of grease which made the final product just a tad too rich.

    1 1/2 cups almond flour

    1/4 tsp salt

    1 tbsp baking powder

    2 eggs

    1/3 cup sour cream

    4 tbsp melted butter

    1/3 cup shredded cheese

    1/2 cup garlic powder (i used at least a full tsp)

    Method:

    Prehead oven to 400, grease a muffin pan and set aside

    Combine dry ingredients (except cheese), break up any clumps

    Beat eggs, stir in sour cream and melted butter

    Combine wet and dry ingredients, then stir in cheese

    Fill muffin pan cups 2/3 of the way full, bake for 10-12 minutes.
