    Meatballs Ingredients:

    Half cup almond flour
    1/4 cup bone broth
    1 Tsp olive oil
    1 white onion, chop fine
3 garlic cloves, chop very fine
    1 pound ground bison meat
    3 eggs
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chop fine
    1 tsp pepper
    2 tsp salt
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
Half jar of keto marinara sauce

    Spaghetti Ingredients:

    1 package kelp noodles
    3 Tsp baking soda
    1/4 cup apple vinegar
    Half jar of marinara

    Meatball Preparation:

Preheat oven to 425ºF. Line baking sheet w/foil, place baking rack on sheet.

Mix almond flour and bone broth together in a large mixing bowl, stir then let the mixture sit.

Add olive oil to a medium size skillet on medium heat, add onions, garlic, pepper, and salt. Sauté for about 10 minutes.

With hands, mix almond flour and chicken stock, sauted onions/garlic, ground bison, 3 eggs, salt, pepper, Italian seasonings, and parsley. To get the right firmness you might need to add additional almond flour. Use an ice cream scooper to fashion the meatballs and fine tune with your hands. The meatballs go on your baking sheet and pop ’em in the oven. They should bake for about 20 minutes.

    Noodle Preparation:

Place kelp noodles into a bowl and add a half cup of baking soda and a half cup of apple vinegar. Gently knead with your hands until the noodles become supple. The noodles will make a hissing sound caused by the reaction of the baking side and vinegar, but don’t worry, they’ll be delicious.

Let the noodles sit for about five minutes, if they’re soft or to your liking great. If not, let them sit for an additional five minutes.

In a pot on a stove, pour in a half of a jar of keto-licious marinara, when it’s steaming, add the noodles. Stir for a few minutes until it’s all nice and hot, then plate it (or put it in a bowl), add the meatballs, a little parsley garnish, and for some extra, perhaps add some Parmesan cheese.

    Eat up!
