    *Blender Noodles:*
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp Philadelphia cream cheese
    2 Tbsp unflavored protein powder isolate
    1 Tbsp oat fiber
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    salt & pepper
    ▪▪▪
    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pour on to a silicone mat covered cookie sheet. Spread out to cover the whole pan. Bake at 325° for 10 minutes. Let cool. Cut into 5 lasagna noodles along the long side

    1 cup cooked chicken, diced or shredded
    3 slices bacon, chopped
    1 tsp garlic, minced
    1/2 cup salad tomatoes, chopped
    1 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach
    1 cup Cardini’s creamy caesar dressing
    1 cup shredded mozzarella
    salt & pepper
    pinch of red pepper flakes

    Mix all together. Spread mixture evenly along with your lasagna noodles. Roll up each noodle and place in a greased baking dish. Top with a little more caesar dressing and a sprinkle of mozzarella. Bake covered at 350° for 30 minutes

    FYI: Palmini makes Lasagna noodles as well if you don’t have all the other ingredients!
