    I found this while scrolling through Facebook. I did not create it, nor is the recipe posted online anywhere else.

    Crust:
    1 cup almond flour
    1 TBSP cocoa powder
    1 TBSP salted butter, melted
    Form into bottom of 7″ spring form pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    The goods:
    12 oz room temp cream cheese
    1/2 C sour cream
    2 eggs
    1 heaping TBSP natural PB
    2 TBSP sucralose (any sugar sub would work)
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 TBSP room temp butter
    Dash of salt
    Place on top of crust. Put springform pan in a casserole dish, fill casserole dish half way up with boiling water. Bake at 300° for 70 minutes or until cheesecake is set but still a bit jiggly in the center.
    Chill for 4 hours.

    I’m going to have to try this. The last keto cheesecake I made was weird…. The sugar stayed crystalized and that kind if ruined the whole thing 🙁
