    1 tbsp Swerve Granular

    1 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar

    1 tbsp melted Butter

    1 tbsp Water

1 scoop of Isopure Creamy Vanilla Protein Powder

    A pinch of salt

1 tbsp Bake Believe Semisweet Chocolate Chips

Melt butter in microwave safe bowl and add in water, both versions of swerve, Isopure protein powder, and salt and combine until fully incorporated.

    Fold in chocolate chips.

Eat as is or freeze. It is an edible cookie dough. And it’s not meant for baking, so don’t do it.

Consider this my competing recipe to quest bars. Though I guess this does not have the advantage of being shelf stable.

Looks just like the Kirkland bars. Good job!

I’d argue this is better than Quest Bars due to the higher quality ingredients.
