A sugar-free Fudgesicle has [7 grams net carbs](https://www.amazon.com/Popsicle-Fudgsicle-Fudge-Sugar-Added/dp/B00TNXQLEE) while these fat bombs have just **under 3 grams of net carbs**. As someone who has a tendency to overindulge in treats that should be consumed in moderation, the richness of just one bar is enough to satisfy my sweet tooth.
## Dairy-free & keto fudgesicle
* 9 wafers, cocoa butter (I used [Nuvia](https://www.amazon.com/Nuvia-Organics-Cocoa-Butter-Certified/dp/B071RSNWMT/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=nuvia+cocoa+butter&qid=1561042415&s=gateway&sr=8-3))
* 1/4 cup Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener
* 65 grams cocoa powder (I used [Guittard](https://www.amazon.com/Guittard-Chocolate-Cocoa-Powder-Unsweetened/dp/B00DUF3YBE))
* 1 can (13.5oz) coconut milk (I used [Thai Kitchen](https://www.amazon.com/Thai-Kitchen-Coconut-Milk-13-66/dp/B000GZSDZI))
**Directions:** Make a double broiler to melt the cocoa butter wafers. Once melted, stir in sweetener until thoroughly combined. Remove from heat and stir in coconut milk. Gradually add cocoa powder until all ingredients combined. Consistency should be relatively thick. Pour into popsicle molds (I used [these](https://www.amazon.com/Onyx-Stainless-Steel-Popsicle-Mold/dp/B00ZAXMWIA/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=Onyx+Stainless+Steel+Popsicle+Mold&qid=1561044596&s=home-garden&sr=1-3)) and freeze. Makes 6 fudgesicles.

This recipe doesn’t include the chocolate drizzle, but I would estimate that drizzling Lily’s sugar-free dark chocolate would add less than 1 gram carbs. I made my own chocolate drizzle using the cocoa butter wafers and cocoa powder, which I am sure has less carbs than Lily’s.
