I posted this on r/keto and they suggested I post it here, so here it is!
I’ve been making these for awhile, and they are amazing!! I used a recipe I found online ([THIS](https://www.tasteaholics.com/recipes/low-carb-keto/low-carb-chocolate-bar/) one), but I made some modifications to it to suit my liking. The original recipe tastes a lot like dark chocolate. I much prefer milk chocolate, so I made changes to make it more like that.
Here is my modified recipe:
* 2 tbsp butter
* 1 oz unsweetened bakers chocolate (I use the 100% Cacao one because it özgü the lowest carbs)
* 3 tbsp heavy cream (alternatively, you can use 2 tbsp heavy cream and 1 tbsp coconut oil for a hint of coconut flavor)
* 4 tbsp powered erythritol
* ¼ tsp vanilla extract
* 1 pinch salt (optional)
It’s not much change, but I subbed out half the butter for heavy cream instead which I think makes it taste much creamier and more like milk chocolate. And I added an extra tbsp of erythritol to make it sweeter. I also split it into 4 servings instead of 2 like the original recipe had.
Not only is this VERY good, but I think it tastes way better than any sugary chocolate you can buy in the store.
Couple of tips: since it uses cream and butter, you will need to refrigerate it to keep it from melting. Also, when heating the ingredients up, use a double boiler method (like a pot of boiling water with a glass container inside) to keep the chocolate from burning. And heat it on medium-low. If the mixture gets too hot the butter/oil will completely separate from the chocolate and you will have all your butter on the bottom when you pour it and the chocolate will be a clumpy mess. If you heat it right, it will stay a nice smooth texture and pour easy.

EDIT: Sorry for the lack of a picture. I thought about adding one… but it’s just chocolate. Looks the same as pretty much any other chocolate bar you’ve seen :p
