    * 3 Large Eggs
    * 2 TSP Mayonnaise
    * 1 TSP Dijon Mustard
    * 1 TBSP Sour Cream
    * Tobiko (Flying fish roe) or you can use Caviar of your choice, I’ve used Salmon Caviar.
    * Fresh Dill
    * Dash of Salt and Pepper

    * Boil eggs and let cool
    * Peel the egg shells and cut into halves
    * Remove yolk and mash up the yolk with a fork in a bowl
    * Add Mayonnaise, Dijon Mustard, Sour Cream, and salt & pepper. Mix well
    * Spoon the Mixture back into the eggs
    * Garnish each egg with about 1/4 tsp Tobiko
    * Top with fresh dill sprigs

    * 1 Serving size – 2 egg halves
    * Calories – 118
    * Fat- 9g
    * Protein – 7g
    * Net carb- 1
