    Keto bun

    Melt one tablespoon of butter in mug/container
    Then stir in:
    1/3 cup almond flour,
    1 egg,
    1/2 tsp of baking powder,
    Pinch of salt,

    Microwave for 90 seconds

    5.4 net carbs

    For the burger, do whatever you want. I like using primal ketchup and sauerkraut. Getting the cheese fried a little gives a nice crunch.
