Easy Pig Candy

**Easy Pig Candy**
I smoked the pig candy and made some sweet & spicy pepperoni chips too!
8-12 slices of thick cut bacon (substitute turkey or chicken bacon if you don’t eat pork)
Cayenne pepper to taste
1-2 Tbsp. **Keto Popper/Rib/Chicken Rub**
2-4 Tbsp. Swerve Brown Sugar
Preheat the grill to 350 degrees and add smoke if using. (this recipe can also be cooked in the oven)
Lay bacon on a baking rack separating the slices.
Lightly sprinkle **Keto Popper/Rib/Chicken Rub** over the bacon surface.
Lightly sprinkle cayenne pepper over bacon.
Lightly sprinkle Swerve Brown Sugar over bacon.
Pat the mixture into the bacon with your fingers.
Bake pig candy at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes and flip.
Cook pig candy for another 10-15 minutes until it resembles jerky.
Rest pig candy until completely cool before serving.
**Keto Popper/Rib/Chicken Rub:**
1/8 cup celery salt
1/8 cup garlic salt
1/8 cup onion salt
1/8 cup seasoning salt
2 Tbsp. chili powder
3 Tbsp. fresh ground pepper
3 Tbsp. paprika
1/2 cup sweetener of your choice (granular erythritol)
Mix well and store in an airtight container
