    Recipe is as follows:

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees

    Combine 2 tbsp cream cheese and 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese in a bowl and microwave until melted

    Add 1/3 cup coconut flour and two eggs to melted cheese and mix/knead until well combined

    Form into whatever shape you want, poke holes throughout and bake for 6-7 minutes… check, poke holes where it has expanded, and pop back in oven for 2-3 more minutes

    Remove from oven and if making pizza, add toppings then heat until cheese melts/toppings are cooked

    For pizza/Italian foods, I normally add some garlic and Italian seasoning to the mixture before kneading all of it 🙂 I’ll also flip it over at the 6 minute mark a d let both sides brown up a little!

    I find the fathead crust with eggs are a bit too eggy. Do you have any tips that I can use so that mines isn’t as eggy?

    Ive never had good luck with fathead. The dough always comes out super dry and tough.

  6. I just buy the great low carb bread co crusts. Way less time and less carbs.
