Needs more pepperoni
2 TBSP Cream Cheese
150g Shredded Mozzarella
1/3 Cup Coconut flour
Toppings and sauce of your choice
1. Melt cheeses in the microwave. While waiting, preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius.
2. Beat eggs and add to cheeses
3. Add flour
4. Knead and shape into pizza (fold the edges to make it look more legit)
5. Place in oven and check frequently at 10min intervals. When it seems at least partially cooked through with the dough rising a tiny bit, take it out.
6. Add sauce and toppings and place back into oven.
7. Remove from oven once cheese is melted and browned slightly.
