    1 cup flaxseed meal

    2-3 tbsp olive oil

    1 tbsp water

    1/3 c apple cider vinegar

    1/2 tsp salt


    1. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.

    2. Set aside for 20 minutes.

    3. Preheat 300F

    4. Thinly spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet with a spatula.

    5. Bake for 40-45 minutes.

    6. Let cool on a baking rack until firm.


    ****FLAVOR OPTIONS****

    For inspiration, try the flavor combinations below.

    **Sea Salt & Pepper**

    ½ tsp black pepper

    1 tsp kosher salt

    **Rosemary Garlic**

    1 ½ tsp rosemary, finely crushed

    ½ tsp kosher salt

    ¼ tsp garlic powder

    **Parm Garlic**

    ½ tsp garlic powder

    1 ½ tsp parm
