    For the pork chops :

    Onion salt
    Garlic salt
    Chilli flakes
    Olive oil
    Pork chops

    For the sauce :
    Finely chopped garlic – 1 bulb
    Double cream
    White cheddar cheese
    Pepper and salt

    Recipe :

    1. Douse the pork with olive oil and rub in the dry ingredients .
    2. Let it sit in the fridge for an hour and a half minimum
    3. Using butter, fry the pork chops until the chilli gets burnt on top

    For the sauce :

    1. Boil the broccoli and keep it aside
    2. Lightly heat butter and let it infuse with the garlic for three minutes after it melts
    3. Add in the mushrooms
    4. Once the mushrooms are cooked , add in the double cream
    5. Stir for a bit and add a handful of cheddar cheese
    6. Increase the heat to medium high and add in the cooked broccoli
    7. Wait until the cheese has melted and the sauce starts to bubble
    8. Add salt and pepper. Enjoy!
