The Chaffle is 2 small eggs whisked, 56 grams of shredded Laclare Goat Mozzarella, and everything bagel seasoning. I sprayed the waffle maker with sprayable ghee and layered the ingredients- a layer of cheese on the bottom, eggs with the seasoning, another layer of cheese. Cook on medium high for 5 minutes.

Fillings are summer sausage, roast beef, salami, Kalamata olives, avocado, cucumber, and Primal Kitchen mayo and ketchup.

Edit: The goat cheese I used is a hard variety. I have not tried to make a chaffle with a soft, creamy goat cheese.
