    I haven’t used this to make bread with, let me know if you find a good recipe! I use it to go in keto fudge, gives it more chewy texture like brownie batter, because I never let it harden up before eating it.

    Regular almond flour is half the carbs per serving than this. Check it out if you haven’t already. Also it’s only $15 for a 3 pound bag rather than $34 for a 1 pound bag…yikes that’s expensive.

    All almond flour breads I have tried have been disappointing. Like eating a slice of chalk.

    The best low carb bread I’ve tried was Betty Bread. Not sure they have in your area.

    But focusing on reducing grains for health, I’ve just removed bread from the diet.

    Check their website. IIRC they have a lot of recipes albeit mostly desserts.
