I’ve got a lot of goat cheese dip leftover. How do I make a/several meals out of this?

I bought a sun-dried tomato goat cheese dip from Central Market for Thanksgiving, and ended up with about a cup of it leftover. How can I use this up, preferably in a meal? Short of just slowly eating it with celery sticks and bell peppers over time, which sounds like I’d get sick of it.

Here’s the dip, in case you need more info: [https://centralmarket.com/product/central-market-roasted-tomato-basil-and-goat-cheese-dipeach/](https://centralmarket.com/product/central-market-roasted-tomato-basil-and-goat-cheese-dipeach/)

Sounds like the thing to put in an omelette! You can also filet a chicken breast half way, stuff with dip, pin it closed on one side with tooth picks and bake.

Melt it down into a low carb pasta sauce with garlic and bacon and meat of your choice

I’d probably put it on a burger patty.

Make a keto friendly pie crust and line a tart or pie tin. Spread that stuff on the bottom. Top with thin slices of zucchini or squash until pan is full and bake probably at 350 until squash is soft and pierces with a fork. You can brush the squash with olive oil and sprinkle herbs on it before baking. Savory pie. I just made something similar for Tday but used a pesto base. Your Cheese would probably work fine too.

Stuff it into a meatloaf with some spinach. My husband and I have goat cheese stuffed meatloaf weekly and it’s amazing.

Stuff chicken breasts with it and wrap it or not in bacon. Serve with roasted veggies.
