Its about 850 calories, 5 net carbs, 50g fat, 100g protein.

    Ingredients:
    – Keto Protein Bread
    – Cheddar slice
    – 200g chicken breast (chili powder, salt and pepper)
    – Sugar free BBQ sauce
    – Prosciutto
    – Mustard
    – 1 egg Sunny side up
    – 20g butter (Salted)
    – Spinach
    – Drizzle Olive oil

I cooked the chicken (slices) with some olive oil, then added the butter when almost done.
Cooked the egg with butter. Then assembled the sandwich.

Sola also makes bread that is keto friendly. That’s what I buy. You can Google if it’s available in your area. I know Meijer and Hy-Vee carry it.

Can anyone recommend an off the shelf US low carb bread? It’s been months since I’ve had bread, and OP’s sandwich looks so good!

I’ve been eating so much chicken salad. There are so many keto friendly things you can do with it. Thanks for another idea!

I am surprised Costco sells this, I’m in Ontario so I’ll have to check my local Costco. I have been getting mine from Metro mostly for a couple years now. They go for about $6.99CAD a bag. You get roughly 8-9 slice in the bag.

Here’s the link to the bread for the company page:
