Used shirataki fettuccini (Thrive brand konjac noodles), Trader Joe’s Rustico Pomodoro (4 net carbs per serving), a whole can of diced tomatoes, basil, garlic, half a white onion, garlic and onion powder, and topped with parmesan cheese and basil. One serving including a pack of noodles and about a cup of sauce has approx 10 net carbs.
I find that konjac noodle subbed dishes aren’t always the prettiest and visually appetizing but this tasted pretty great. I tried drying the noodles in a hot pan after boiling them which helped a lot with texture.
