    Prep time: 15 minutes
    Cook time: 10 minutes

    Ingredients:

    2 tbsp pizza or pasta sauce

    1/3 cup mix of mozzarella and cheddar cheese

    1 mini low carb tortilla (too lazy to make pizza dough and almond flour is pricey)

    1 bag of bbq pork rinds (more flavor with bbq)

    1 chicken breast

    1 tsp Basil

    1 tsp organo

    Instructions:

    Cut chicken breast to favorable chicken finger size. Crush pork rinds to fine powder inside of its bag using a mallet or rolling pin (the finer the better). Toss chicken tenders with pepper and light salt (the rinds have a good bit of salt) before tossing with powdered pork rinds. Air fry or bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve with favorite dipping option.

    Pour 2 tbsp of pizza or pasta sauce on tortilla and spread evenly. Sprinkle with oregano and basil. Drizzle cheese mixture on top. Bake(or broil) at 350 for 4 minutes or until cheese is partially burned and tortilla is crispy.
