Keto Mozzarella Sticks!

Block of mozzarella – I used half a block (125g) of Tesco’s “Mozzarella for Pizza”
Garlic granules and paprika to taste
Cut mozzarella into your preferred size. Dip each one in beaten egg, then in the parmesan + seasonings mix, then back to egg and back to seasonings. Hot oil in a pan, plonk sticks in for a couple minutes, flip over, another couple minutes til golden and et voila!

crack and scramble egg in bowl.
dip sticks in egg wash and dredge in pork rinds to coat.
They look so good I’m making the same with Brie later
I’m interested in trying these but I have an egg allergy. Anyone know what else would allow the crumb to stick to the cheese?
Or try coating in Mayo, then either parmesan cheese or crushed pork rinds
Has anyone ever tried this in an air fryer?
What kind of oil do you use?
