    Serves 8

    Macros per serve: 3.4g carbs/19g fat/5.3g protein/206 cal

    Recipe:

    Ingredients:

    2 tbsp natural peanut butter

    250g Philadelphia cream cheese

    2 eggs

    2 tsp vanilla extract

    0.5 tsp vanilla bean paste

    1 tsp chocolate extract

    2.5 tsp cacao powder

    To serve: 1 cup whipped cream (whip with a splash of vanilla if so inclined)

    Instructions:

    0. Grease an 8 inch diameter pan and prepare a water bath. Preheat your oven to 180C

    1. Cube the cream cheese

    2. Whip the cream cheese until smooth and evenly whipped

    3. Add the eggs, one at a time, and mix well to combine

    4. Add the peanut butter and mix (the batter will thicken significantly)

    5. Add the vanilla and mix well

    6. Pour half the batter into the greased pan

    7. Mix the cacao powder and chocolate extract into the remaining batter.

    8. Pour the chocolate batter on top of the peanut butter batter. Smooth the top.

    9. Cover the top and bake in a water bath for 40-45 mins at 180C or until set in the middle.

    10. Cool on a wire rack and serve with whipped cream
