Keto Pizza Squares, using Joseph’s Lavash Bread

My first step upon opening a package of [Joseph’s Lavash Bread]( is to cut the sheets up into bread-sized squares. From there, it can be put to a variety of uses. Last night, I made some pizza squares:



Each square is:

* Bread-sized square of Joseph’s Lavash Bread (microwaved for 15-20 seconds for crispiness)
* Slathered with a garlic butter (or a Jalapeno or Onions and Chives cream cheese works well)
* Topped with spices of choice (smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, …)
* Diced onions
* Four pizza pepperonis
* A dab of Rao’s marina sauce on each pepperoni
* Topped with a slice of cheese (I used a Colby Pepper Jack on the left and a Pepper Jack on the right)

Under the broiler until the cheese melts. These took me about 10 minutes to make from start to finish.

    Yes! I usually do a first toast of a few minutes with butter and garlic powder (on a wire rack), then add the ingredients and broil on low until the cheese is melty, so good.

    Yes I love lavash pizza. I have found that 9 minutes at 400 degrees gets it just the right melty and crispiness for me
