    450 grams boneless chicken leg meat

    30 grams Cheddar Cheese

    50 ml Heavy Cream

    1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

    Juice of half a lime

    1 Tsp Salt

    1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

    1/4 Tsp Freshly grated nutmeg

    1/4 Tsp Turmeric

    Fresh Coriander

    1 tbsp ghee for cooking





    Cut the chicken into kebab size pieces

    Marinate with all the spices, ginger garlic paste, cheese and cream

    Skewer the chicken

    Pan fry till done

    This recipe makes 3 servings. (About 2 Skewers per person. You can also find it on myfitnesspal for easier macro tracking.) I used chopped up seasoned zucchini noodles sautéed in ghee for the side.


    I recommend going through Headbanger’s Kitchen recipes and trying as many as possible. I’ve made 15 of them so far and they’ve all been great!
