    2 Cups of Mozzarella
    3/4 Almond Flour
    1 tsp Cumin
    1 tsp Chili Powder
    1 tsp Paprika
    Lime Juice to taste
    Salt to taste

    Preheat oven to 350°

    Melt mozzarella in microwave in 30 second intervals until nice and melty. Add almond flour and spices and stir to combine. If mixture is hard to stir, put in microwave for another 20 seconds. The dough is easier to handle when warm.

    Once dough is combined, form two balls and flatten between two sheets of parchment. Cut in to triangles and place on a baking sheet with another sheet of parchment. Sprinkle with salt and lime juice. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown around edges.

    Chips will become crispier as they cool.

    Serve with your favorite salsa, guacamole, or queso!

    I like the description. Because guac is meant to be shoveled. Anything less would be only living life halfway.

    How are they next day? My family struggles to find/ make keto friendly food and this would be good for taco day:)
