    • Cauliflower rice (1/2 cup) *[I used Nature’s Earthly Choice]*
    • Ahi Tuna (10oz) *[I used AnnaSea]*
    • Green onions (about 3 stalks)
    • Kimchi (1/4 cup)

    • Sesame seeds
    • Ginger
    • Spicy mayo
    • Wasabi
    • Sriracha
    • Liquid Amino
    (All to taste)

    1. Simmer the cauliflower rice with just a little water and olive oil in a skillet/pot for about 10 minutes on medium heat.
    2. While that’s on the stove, pull out your chilled (But already thawed, if frozen) ahi and sauce/spice. Coat the chunks evenly.
    3. Cut up green onions and choose your sauces/toppings.
    4. Put cauliflower rice in bowl. Lay ahi on top and sauce to taste preference.

I didn’t do it with this bowl, but you can also add some edamame, avocado cubes, and seaweed strips for some extra flavor!

This bowl was about 10g net carbs. This meal offers lots of variety and never seems to get old for me! You can even mix it all and roll it in seaweed paper sheets as a hand roll or sushiritto! Hope you guys like it!

I live in a square mile town with no fewer than 4 poke places, so poke bowls have been my jam. You can order them with zoodles or kale instead of rice and it’s the best! Such a delicious meal and no weird looks from friends because I’m ketoizing a meal.

I live in Hawaii…. basically the home of poke. I’ve never seen an accent over the e though, since é isn’t a part of the Hawaiian alphabet. This is more like a poke bowl though, not actual just poke, since poke is just the fish, and seaweed, seasonings, and sometimes the green onion. Poke bowls are where you start adding the other ingredients.

There’s a poke place near where I work called Poke Papa and they offer zoodles as a substitute for rice, it’s amazing!I never thought to create my own, this looks delicious

I don’t know if I would even bother with the cauliflower rice, personally. Just put it on greens. Toss the greens in sriracha mayo or soy sauce and sesame oil.

There’s something not right about eating poke with riced cauliflower, because it doesn’t clump up the way rice would, and then you’re mixing hot cauliflower with room temperature or chilled fish. Or eating cold riced cauliflower.. IDK it just doesn’t seem right!

This looks so good, although I’m petrified of killing myself with thawed seafood thats uncooked.
