    Shrimp:

    2 tblsp EVOO
    4 tblsp butter
    Zest of 1 lemon
    3 garlic cloves small dice
    24 oz of shrimp
    Salt and pepper to taste

    1. In a pan heat olive oil on medium high.

    2. Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Cook shrimp until opaque. I usually only flip once and let the cook about three min per side.

    3. Remove shrimp and add butter and garlic. Cook until it starts to turn brown.

    4. Add in the lemon zest and some juice if you want.

    5. Return shrimp to pan and mix to coat.

    Asparagus:

    16 oz Asparagus
    EVOO
    Favorite seasoning

    1. Pre heat oven to 350°F. Coat asparagus in olive oil

    2. Spread out on sheet pan.

    3. Season to taste.

    4. Cook until done. With my oven, that’s about 15 min.
