This was one of my favorite recipes from my mom. Age would have turned 100 yesterday.
2oz salted butter
9 large eggs
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of milk (I use heavy cream)
2 tsp salt
Pepper to your taste
Heat oven to 350f
Melt butter in 8×8 glass pan in the oven
Whip other ingredients in a large bowl, using hand blender or immersion blender, until frothy
Add mixture to pan with melted butter.
Bake 35 minutes until set, but not dry.
Recipe can be doubled for 9×12 pan.
