    Ingredients:

    Salmon

    Sea salt or Himalayan pink salt

    Pepper

    Dill

    Garlic powder or garlic paste/minced garlic (optional)

    Preheat oven to 400.

    While it’s preheating, cover a cookie sheet in aluminum foil (no cleanup later!), and spray with nonstick spray.

    Squirt enough Dijon mustard (I like Grey Poupon) on the salmon to create a semi-transparent glaze. This piece has about 1.5tbsp mustard on it.

    Sprinkle with sea salt, fresh cracked pepper, garlic powder (optional), and dill. Lots of dill.

    Bake for 15 minutes.

    Eat and melt with delight.

    Works with any size piece of salmon or steelhead trout, and nutrition varies by how big your fish is and how much of the garlic you put on it (hidden carbs in garlic powder, but you could mix a bit of garlic paste or minced garlic into the mustard before you spread it….hhmmmmmmmm….idea for next time!)
