    So, this is grandma’s omelette – for 2:

    The omelette:
    – 6 eggs
    – 1 tablespoon of flour (sorry, but that is 7grm)
    – 4 tablespoons of heavy cream
    – pepper and salt to your liking

    Put all in blender, blend until fluffy
    Heat Ghee or butter in 2 frying pans at medium heat

    Meanwhile, the filling:

    – breakfast beacon – 1 pack
    – 1 bunch of spring onions
    – 1 pack of champions
    – 1 cup of heavy cream
    – sweet paprika
    – curry powder
    – something to bind the sauce

    Start frying the chopped bacon, add the finely chopped onions, then the mushrooms. When these start to dry up, add spices. Stir for 2-3 min, add the cream. Turn low, let reduce

    Turn to Omelettes: pour the batter into the two frying pans. When the surface is no longer liquid, turn up heat a bit and flip

    When both sides are a mix of brown and yellow, plate the omelette, fill, fold, and serve

    Edit: veal or pork also works – got to be finely cut, though
