    bacon looks almost raw. i dont mind a little bit of the wiggly, but that is too much for me.

    Easy recipe delicious results.


    * (1) Salmon Filet w/skin –

    * (1) Tbsp Mayonnaise (or homemade aioli)

    * (1) Tspn Pesto

    * (1) Slice of Bacon

    * (7) Spears Asparagus

    * (1) soft boiled egg (Optional)

    * Salt/Pepper

    * Olive Oil


    1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat pan on stove over high heat.

    2. Toss asparagus spears with olive oil and season as desired. Wrap and tie knot around Asparagus using slice of bacon. Once oven is preheated, cook Asparagus on baking pan for ~20 minutes.

    3. Pat salmon dry with paper towel. Rub fillet with oil and salt/pepper.

    4. Once pan is hot, add olive oil and place fish skin side down for 5 minutes or until nearly cooked through/opaque. Turn off burner, Flip salmon and cook on other side for 1 minute.

    5. Make pesto aioli by mixing Mayonnaise and pesto sauce.

    6. Remove bacon wrapped aparagus from oven. Plate it and yeah salmon and add dollop of pesto aioli to top of fillet.

    7. (Optional) soft boil an egg. Cut in half and plate it with the rest of the meal. 8. Enjoy!

    Carbs should be around 5 net carbs. Mostly coming from the Asparagus.
