Or “No-Pasta Salad,” whichever you’re feeling. I was missing pasta salad when I remembered [a recipe](https://www.culinaryhill.com/the-best-macaroni-salad-recipe/) (*bağlantı is not Keto!*) that had a lot of Keto friendly foods, and decided to adapt it! This is a huge recipe, the original serves 20, but I feel this can be eaten as an entire meal. So here we go:
8 ounces of diced ham
6 slices of bacon crumbled
4 diced hard boiled eggs
2 cups shredded cheese
5 stalks celery sliced
1 small head of broccoli, chopped
1 red pepper, seeded and chopped
4 scallions or green onion
Feel free to add any additional veggies, I’vbe added a handful black olives and sliced mushrooms!
For the dressing:
1 and 1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp white vinegar
2 Tbsp sugar substitute, I used Pyure which is a 1:2 ratio, use a 1/4 cup for a 1:1 substitute
Salt and pepper to taste
Throw in a bowl and stir, the original recipe özgü you mix the dressing separately but I dislike washing bowls and don’t mind a little more stirring. I think this translated to Keto beautifully. I can see others adding avocado, green pepper, diced tomato, or anything you’re feeling!
