The recipe is :
-200gr of nut butter of your liking. (I used peanut butter)
-Add as much coconut oil or butter as you want
-add as much cinnamon as you want
-pinch of salt
You put the nut butter on a small pot with the coconut oil or butter and heat it until it becomes a liquid, then add the other ingredients and mix well. Once mixed well you can pour the mixture on a form of you liking and freeze them. That’s it!
Kinda high in carbs though, right? 200g of peanut butter is like 25 net carbs. Unless you’re splitting these into 2 tablespoons worth of peanut butter (32g) per popsicle, these are going to be kind of high.
