    These turned out really delicious considering all the substitutes. Recipe makes 2.

    2 Mission Low Carb Tortillas

    3 oz Caramel Sauce

    1 oz Pecans

    Cinnamon (optional)

    I made the sauce using this recipe using 1/3 cup allulose: [https://www.gnom-gnom.com/sugar-free-keto-caramel-sauce/](https://www.gnom-gnom.com/sugar-free-keto-caramel-sauce/)

    Spread the sauce thinly over one tortilla and sprinkle on a tiny bit of cinnamon.

    Layer a second tortilla on top and spread lightly with sauce.

    Cut the tortilla into 6 strips of equal width. Stack them so you’ll be able to make two rolls.

    I used ramekins but you could probably use a muffin tin. Butter the tin. Add a little sauce and the pecans. Place the rolls over top of the nuts. Bake for approximately 15 minutes at 350. Invert and serve!

    Approximately 330 calories, 5 grams of protein, 5 carbs and 29 grams of fat.
