    1. 1/2 Pound of Shaved Steak
    2. 3 eggs
    3. 1/2 Yellow Onion
    4. 1 Green Pepper
    5. 1 Habanero
    6. Chipotle Mayo
    7. Garlic
    8. Salt
    9. Pepper
    10. Cayenne Powder
    11. Cheese (your choice, optional)


    1. Sauté the onion and pepper to a slight brown
    2. Carefully slice and add the habanero
    3. Add the seasoned meat to the pan and cook until browned. Some pink is fine
    4. Scramble the 3 eggs and add it to the pan
    5. Constantly mix to make sure all ingredients are scrambled into the bowl
    6. Remove from the heat and add to bowl
    7. Use as much chipotle mayo as you’d like and mix the contents

    Carbs: 7.9 g
