    #Today’s OMAD is brought to you by ALL the pork! And a hint of roasted radishes!#

    Ingredients:

    * the biggest pork chops you can find
    * 1 bag pork rinds (we used Old Dutch Bac’n Puffs because Canada’s options are limited)
    * 1 egg
    * 1 tbsp bacon fat
    * 1 tbsp butter
    * 1/4 cup Heavy whipping cream
    * a pinch of Parmesan
    * seasonings as desired
    * 1lb bag of radishes

    Instructions: preheat oven to 400F. Cut up radishes and rub all over with seasoning salt. Place on baking sheet with parchment paper and throw in the oven, setting timer for 45 mins. Pound pork chops to thin them out a bit. Scramble egg in a bowl, and crush up pork rinds on a plate (we ended up using a whole bag for 2 pork chops). Dip pork chop in egg, then smother in pork rinds (note: we also seasoned our pork rinds with Cajun, onion, and garlic powder). Heat butter and bacon fat in a frying pan, and flash fry pork chops to crisp up the pork rinds (about 3 mins per side). When radishes have 20 minutes left, add the pork chops in the oven. With the remaining drippings from the frying pan, add whipping cream, parm, salt and pepper and heat until reduced to make a sketchy alfredo. If you time it well, everything is ready at the same time!

    Nutritional info: 1213 calories, 97g protein, 9g carbs, 3g fibre, 6g net carbs, 88g fat.

    Also Walmart has this strange brand in their international section …La Visita Chicharrones Fried Pork Skin with Chile’s. Clear bag with green label.

    I definitely want to try the radish… but… 400C? That’s a typo right? Because my home oven definitely does not get to 750F.
