Review/looking for good recipes for Miracle rice :) I think its kind of rubbery, doesn’t dry all the way, portion is small (the one on the plate is the whole thing, supposed to be two portions)… but it’s not horrible… any good recipes you may wanna share?

Nice to see a plant based alternative to that pesky non plant based regular rice.

Buy cauliflower rice, add a little soy sauce or butter, and you won’t tell a difference

Be careful eating too much of this. Konjac fibre can cause severe constipation if eaten in quantity. Id suggest no more than one portion a week.

I make a chicken stir fry with it. almost like fried rice with chicken.

    Miracle rice

    1-2 eggs

chopped up chicken breast (already cooked)

    Broccoli floretts.

fry everything for a bit and add a little soy sauce. a pack of the miracle rice and the rest of the stuff makes a pretty big stir fry that lasts me a couple meals.

The miracle rice by itself isn’t all that great, but used as an ingredient it’s pretty great.

Not a fan of the rice personally, but we’ve used the pasta to great effect.

As long as you rinse it REALLY good, it’s fine. I like to use mine in stir fry recipes in place of regular rice. Even my picky 15yr old son will eat it!

I eat this almost everyday! I use it in my soup. I stir fry tofu in avocado oil, then add in chopped cabbage, oyster mushrooms, and bok choi. Stir fry a little more. Drain the rice and throw it in. Season (I use TJ’s umami) and then pour in bone broth. Boil, then turn off the heat and let it sit for a little bit.

I use this to make creamy rice and it is very good. I rinse it, then put it in a pan and let it evaporate most of the moisture. I then add butter, cream cheese and a splash of heavy cream. I add my seasonings and it is soooo good, tastes like risotto.

Reminds me of the Healthy Noodles they sell at Coscto. It’s an acceptable substitute for rice noodles.
