    Keto Peanut Butter Maple Nutrition Bars

    *Bar Ingredients*

    ​

    100g flax meal

    ​

    70g raw pumpkin seeds

    ​

    20g hulled hemp seed

    ​

    20g unsweetened shredded coconut

    ​

    20g chopped pecans

    ​

    240g all natural peanut butter

    ​

    1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

    ​

    4 tbsps sugar free maple syrup

    ​

    *Topping Ingredients:*

    ​

    15g cacao butter

    ​

    1tbsp powdered erythritol based sweetener (I used Swerve)

    ​

    *Instructions:*

    ​

    Combine thoroughly, then press the mixture into a 9″x 9″, lined tray. Once the surface is smooth and level, place tray in the freezer for at least 20 minutes.

    ​

    For the topping, melt the cacao butter in the microwave or over the stove and then stir in the sweetener until incorporated.

    ​

    ​

    Remove the tray from the freezer and cut into 12 bars. Drizzle each with the sweetened cacao butter.
