    So it’s a one pound Applewood smoked bacon pork roast. Dry rub with smoke house maple and cut in half to fit crock pot. Combine 1 cup of G Hughes sugar free hickory bbq sauce with a cup water and combine. Cook on low for 6 hours.

    The buns are fathead dough. Combine 1.5 cups taco blend shredded cheese and two ounces cream cheese in microwave safe bowl. Microwave 60 seconds until melted. Combine in a bowl with 3/4 cup almond flour and an egg. Combine well and shape into two sub roll shaped dough balls.

    After six hours, take out pork and shred with two forks. Place in rolls and enjoy!
