    Super easy (and affordable) keto side dish!

    1. mix together 1/4tbsp chili powder, 1/4tbsp garlic powder, and 1/4tbsp onion powder, 1/8 tbsp pepper and 1/8 tbsp salt.

    2. Sprinkle over 1 lb frozen broccoli cuts and drizzle either coconut oil or place 2 tbsp butter squares on pan.

    3. Cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.

    4. Mix and put back in for 5-10 minutes(until edges are browned to your liking)

    Optional: Lightly shred fresh pepper jack cheese on top.

    Broccoli with cheese by itself: 1 net carb/cup broccoli.

    I also eat these with scrambled eggs for breakfast, which comes to 3 net carb/cup

    I am a bit new to keto, but according to the keto app I use, the great value frozen broccoli cuts, which is what I bought, have 1 gram net carb (4g carb, 3g fiber)
