Bread recipe was from [https://youtu.be/OHJdHPKAMXg](https://youtu.be/OHJdHPKAMXg) . I did read it came from someone else originally but not sure exactly. Made in a bread maker.
1 cup warm water (75-80 degrees F, ~23-26 degrees C)
2 eggs (room temperature, slightly beaten)
1/2 cup of Oat Fiber (41g)
2/3 cup Flaxseed Meal (70g)
1 1/4 cup Vital Wheat Gluten (190g)
1 tsp salt (6g) – spread it along the outside of ingredients)
4 tbsp powdered sweetner (60g) (Swerve confectioners in my case) – Spread it along the outside of the ingredients)
1 tsp Honey (7g) – distribute along the outside of the ingredients
1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum (2.5g) – spread across ingredients evenly
2 tbsp Butter (30g)
1 tbsp Yeast (8g)
Macros for entire loaf:
Net Carbs: 40g
Macros per slice assuming you get 18 out of the loaf:
Net Carbs: 2.2g
With the ingredients I use, per slice, I get about:
Net Carbs: 2.65g
This sandwich was this keto bread, 4 slices boar’s head pepperoni, 4 slices boar’s head hard salami, 3 slices boar’s head everroast chicken, and 1 tbsp of mayo. Came out to 497 calories, 31.2g fat, 7.7g carbs, and 40.9g protein.

There’s a bread machine and a mixer version. Really great bread recipe.
What is this sorcery?
This looks amazing! It looks like banana bread.
I can’t recommend using golden flaxmeal enough it really improved the texture of the bread alot.
