Found this recipe online and adapted it to improve texture and utilize preferred ingredients.

    Keto Chocolate Fudge

1 ½  cup Heavy Whipping Cream

    1/2 cup Allulose

    3 tbsp Butter

    2 tsp Vanilla Extract

2 cup Allulose sweetened Chocolate Chips (you can substitute with whatever keto friendly chocolate chips you prefer, just remember to add more allulose if it is unsweetened)

In a medium pan over medium heat, mix together the Heavy Whipping Cream, Allulose, and Butter, stirring often for about 15 minutes until a golden, somewhat thick sweetened condensed milk forms. Feel free to experiment with ways to thicken it further.

Remove from heat and let cool for 5-8 minutes before stirring in vanilla extract, then chocolate chips.

Once chocolate chips are evenly melted, pour mixture into a parchment lined 9×9 square pan and cool in refrigerator for at least 1 and a half hours. Store in freezer after cutting to desirable size.

*Edited because auto-correct made “keto friendly” into “eco-friendly”

Lol I love that this an actual fudge recipe! And not a “fat bomb” most people don’t realize fudge is actually a sugar confection similar to hard candy or caramel where sugar must be heated to a certain temp so it sets how you want it to. I’ll give this a whirl one day, as I miss real fudge. Thank you! I want to work on making nugat with allulose so one day I can replicate a snickers!

Thank you so much for the recipe! Not gonna lie, I had very low expectations when I was making it but it turned out amazing! I only had erythritol chips and sweetener so there’s a bit of a cool taste but they’re delicious regardless. Tasted just like those icy chocolates in the foil wrappers when I pulled them out of the fridge but eating them out of the freezer tastes like a fudgesicle!

Do you have a favorite brand of chips?

    Carbs per serving?

Is this one of your favorites? I have been looking for just a little something occasionally and everything I have tried I have thrown out. But I just got some Allulose and I like it more so going to try again.

For the life of me, I can’t find allulose being sold in my country. Is there anything else I can sub for it?
