Into the blender:
1 handful of frozen broccoli, 1 handful of frozen kale, 1 handful of frozen brussel sprouts, 1 handful cut up ginger root, 1 squeezed lemon, 1 can of coconut milk (carbs vary by brand – I’ve found one with 4 g carbs to a 400 ml can), 1.5 can of water.
Fresh, smooth, zesty. And actually quite filling. Most days I just bring a bottle of this to work for lunch. Note that this is also really good for your digestive system.
