    1 oz unsweetened bakers 100% cacao

    3 tablespoons Cocoa butter

    5g paraffin wax(optional)

    2 tablespoons heavy cream

    3 tablespoons powdered erythritol

    16 drops monk fruit extract

    5 drops liquid stevia

    56g chopped pecans or any other nut.

    Shred or chop the Cocoa butter and wax into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave approximately 3-4 minutes until fully melted.

    While this is happening add the sweeteners and the heavy cream to another microwave safe bowl.

    Once melted add the chocolate Baker bars and stir until the chocolate has fully incorpated.

    While mixing chocolate and Cocoa butter, microwave sweetener mix for 30 seconds.

    Whisk warmed sweetener/cream into the chocolate. Once fully mixed stir your chopped nuts and pour.

    Baker bars 1oz = 180Cal, 2 carbs 2 protein, 14 fat

    3tbsp cacao butter = 390 Cal, 0 carbs, 0 protein, 42g fat

    2 tbsp hvy cream = 90 Cal, 1 carb, 0 protein, 9 fat

    Pecans= 400 Cal, 2 carb, 4 protein, 42g fat

    Totals: 1060 calories, 5 net carbs, 6 protein, 107 fat,

    The picture is about half the yield, I kinda started eating it before I decided to post this. 🙁

    Wax is nondigestible, I wouldn’t recommend eating that crap.

    Paraffin wax? That creates benzene and toluene. Paraffin produces the same fumes as diesel exhaust.

    Even if it’s technically “edible,” I’d pass. Part of keto is eating healthy. I think when people start using all these chemicals to reproduce other products it becomes ridiculous.

    I’d rather take the sugar hit of eating a real piece of fudge than indulging in fake chemicals.
