    Ingredients

    7 large Eggs

    2 Cups Almond Flour 170g / 6 oz

    1/2 Cup melted unsalted butter (salted works too, just add less salt later on)

    2 Tbsp olive oil 30ml / 1 fl oz

    2 Tbsp Chia Seeds

    3 Tbsp Sesame Seeds

    1 tsp baking powder

    1/2 tsp xanthan gum (can be replaced with a bit more chia seeds)

    1/4 tsp Salt

    Instructions

    Preheat oven to 180C (355F)

    In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the large eggs together.

    Add the remaining ingredients, and mix together well using an electric hand whisk.

    Pour into a loaf tin lined with baking paper. Place sesame seeds or other seeds on top.

    Bake for 45 minutes.

    Best kept in the fridge for up to 5 days, or frozen for up to 3 weeks.

    Can be cut to 16 thin slices and one has 2g net carbs.

    Everything else you put on top is up to your imagination, but I am a huge proponent of clean keto, so on the photo you’ll see organic pasture raised fried egg, grass fed organic beef patty, as spreads: homemade mayo (with avocado oil) and homemade pesto, plus casual spinach and avocado for some yummy potassium source.
