    Turkey Meatballs:

    2 lbs ground turkey

    1 C almond flour

    ½ C yellow onion, chopped

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1-2 tbsp olive oil

    Oregano, basil, & thyme (to taste)

    1. Mix all ingredients and form into balls. Cook in pan on medium heat.


    NUTRITION FOR 2 MEATBALLS: 188 cal, 14g fat, 2g cho, 1g fiber, 15g pro



    3 Zucchini

    ~10 oz. baby bella mushrooms

    Lucini Tuscan Marinara Sauce

    Belgioioso Parmesan Cheese

    1 clove garlic, minced

    1 tbsp olive oil

    1. Spiralize 3 zucchinis. Lay out on plate and cover in salt. Let sit. Use towel or paper towels to soak up water. (salt will pull water out so less will be in pan when cooking)

    2. Heat pan. Add oil. Saute garlic for a couple minutes

    3. Add mushrooms until cooked

    4. Add zoodles to pan

    5. Add meatballs and sauce to pan

    6. Top with parmesan cheese


    ONE FULL SERVING OF TOTAL RECIPE: 1 C sauce, .75 oz cheese, 2 meatballs, ¾ zucchini, 100g mushroom

    NUTRITION: 249 cal, 20g fat, 23g cho, 8g fiber, 30g pro

    Use less sauce to lower the carbs.
